Everything in this unique hotel was excellent, we loved it. The staff were genuinely friendly and provided excellent service. The attached restaurant was stunning, they served lovely food.

Well-equipped, perfect rooms and handy location. The room was well priced. Bay view was absolutely gorgeous and balcony was little.

Room was a nice size, staff was caring, and hotel's location was excellent. Original style property with modern furniture in the rooms. I loved plenty of meals for American breakfast, including slices of fresh bread, yogurt and eggs. Fast check-in & friendly service. A safe place to stay when in Columbus.

Unbelievable location, spectacular service - overall wonderful. Priceless view, a charming balcony, quiet bed, too. The staff did all they can for a superb stay. Breakfast was very very good, included decent options. The beach was nice. The fine check-in too.

the attentive staff was a plus, the location was great. there's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like harvest pizzeria, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Recommend this accommodation. Satisfied with the hotel, it's a right place for staying in Columbus. King room had central heating, flat-screen TV and a coffee maker, everything worked for us. A grocery store and a convenience store not far from the property.

We liked everything at hyatt place columbus/osu including staff and the food. It was truly an EXCELLENT stay. Walking distance to Cosi. It was a 3-star hotel in every way.
